E3D Revo Hotend - We have collaborated with folks at E3D to bring the Revo Voron hotend to our Voron kits! Picobilical PCB - Picobilical is an in-house redesign of Timmit's V0-Umbilical Mod that is essentially a secondary mainboard! Picobilical greatly simplifies wiring and frees up extra ports on the mainboard. Linear Rail Mounting Bar - Our kit includes custom 7H size linear rail mounting bars to secure the linear rails onto the extrusions, (no need to fiddle with tiny m2 nuts on a thin plastic part) Brass Heatset Insert Tool - We've included a custom machined brass tip for your soldering iron, use it to install heatset inserts with ease! Check here for more information. Pre-cut & Pre-wired - Our kit includes all necessary wiring: cut to just the right length and pre-crimped or soldered to their respective parts. Threadlocked - All our set screws (grub screws) come precoated with threadlocker to prevent loosening of critical components. 2mm Drill Bit - Metric drill bits may not be very common in some parts of the world, so we included one. Use it to ream the filament path in your printed extruder parts. Kirigami Bed Holder - For the sake of easier assembly, maintenence and wiring, we've included the famous Kirigami bed holder mod by Christoph Mueller in all our kits. Slide-in nuts - We included these custom designed nuts in our kit so you don't have to pull any hairs out when you discover you forgot to preload a hex nut. It also makes modding on the V0 a breeze. Pre-assembled Build Plates - Our build plates come pre-assembled with 100W polyimide heaters that heater faster and report more accurate bed temperatures. 200W Power Supply - Our kits come with a 200W power supply instead of the standard 150W PSU.

The Voron Tap probe is a specialized z-probe designed for use with the V2 and Trident printer designs. It utilizes a nozzle-based approach where the entire toolhead moves to activate an optical switch. The Tap probe offers several notable advantages over traditional z-probes. Voron Tap probe offers exceptional precision, versatility with different build surfaces, durability through its optical sensor, high temperature reliability, simplified mechanics, integrated Z-endstop functionality, and crash protection features. These advantages make it a valuable addition to the V2 and Trident printer designs, enhancing the overall printing experience and facilitating precise and reliable results.

We have collaborated with folks at E3D to bring the Revo Voron hotend to our Voron kits, starting with V0-S1. As part of this collaboration, LDO will provide the Revo heatsink in a blue or grey while E3D will provide the rest of the hotend. The kit includes both the 0.4mm and 0.6mm Revo nozzles.

An input shaper for 3D printing is a technique or algorithm used to mitigate vibrations and improve the printing quality of a 3D printer. Upgrade Voron V0.2 to V0.2r1 (2023 June)

The Positron V3.2 is an upgraded version of Kralyn's upside-down, foldable, tiny CoreXY printer that conveniently fits into a filament box! Collaborating with the Positron team, LDO has dedicated the past year to optimizing the kit, ensuring it is easy to assemble and yields excellent results. The Switchwire represents Voron's unique interpretation of the classic Mendel design, often referred to as the "bedflinger." It adopts a CoreXZ configuration, which means that the print head is propelled by belts in both the X and Z axes, eliminating the conventional leadscrew Z drive. This innovation enables exceptionally rapid Z-axis movements while reducing the burden on the gantry by relocating the X motor to the frame. Crafted from sturdy 3030/3060 extrusions, the frame is precisely sized to encompass the entire range of the Prusa 250x210mm bed, facilitating a seamless enclosure. As it doesn't rely on salvaged parts from an existing Prusa printer.
