LDO - Heat set for Toolhead PCB is Required

LDO chains has 2 mounting holes like IGUS chains

The kit does not include any lubricant. What lube should I use?

The LDO kit may come with two spring with different tensions. Use the one already assembled, keep the other in case there are issues.

Set screws already has thread locker pre-applied.

How to set the gear mesh in a Voron Clockwork 2 Extruder

Ignore that graphics show 3 holes chain anchor version, we are using the 2 holes version.

Attach the LDO Toolhead PCB with the printed PCB Spacer and two M3x8 SHCS. Flip the PCB spacer if the PCB version doesn't sit flat.

Use this cable door designed for an external chamber thermistor instead of the standard cable_door .

LDO includes a M3x6 captive screw for the cable cover rather than a normal M3x6 BHCS screw

Kits come standard with E3D Revo Hotend LDO Edition, with 0.4/0.6mm, 2 nozzles Note: Some resellers may offer other options

The kit comes with an ADXL, so use all 4 heat sets

The standard hotend for LDO kits is the E3D Revo Voron, however resellers may provide other options

The LEDs pre-soldered and can be found in the Cable Box

The kit comes with clear filament to print an LED diffuser

The kit includes sandpaper to smooth the plastic after snipping off the mounting ears

Skip screwing in the fan as shown on Page 56 since we will be attaching the StealthBurner fan PCB first

Place the StealthBurner fan PCB and secure the Fan Adapter PCB, use two M3x8 SHCS screws (FHCS, BHCS, and screw lengths up to 10mm can also be used

When mounting the StealthBurner on to the Clockwork2 be sure the PCBs align correctly as shown.

The ADXL345 PCB is included with the Input Shaper Kit which looks different than the PCB shown on page 69.

Attach the ADXL345 to the Tool Cartridge with two M3x12 SHCS
