Combine the Fan and the Heatsink

Put the fan onto the hotend heatsink and secure with M2.5x12 wafer head screws.

Assemble the Hotend Block

Step 2 of 6 in this section

Install the nozzle onto the hotend block. Make sure to tighten fully.

Screw the heatbreak into the hotend block. Also make sure to tighten fully.

Install the Ceramic Heater

Bend the heater holding bracket over slightly.

Clamp the ceramic heater to the side of the hotend block with the holding bracket and secure using M1.6x16 SHCS screws.

Add the Thermistor

Insert the thermistor into the hotend block.

Combine the Heatsink and the Hotend Block

Insert the screws of the hotend block into the holes of the heatsink and fasten the screws.

Using the same force when fastening the screws to keep the hotend block from tilting.
