2. Installation
Install the Idlers to the Linear Rail
Insert an M3x14 wafer head screw into the idler. Put two shim washers, an ilder and a shim washer on top as shown in the picture. Two sets are needed.
Position the assembled idlers into the indicated holes of the carriage of the linear rail.

Install Standoffs to the Linear Rail
Install H4.75xM3x12+4 standoffs into the indicated holes of the sliding block.

Prepare the X Linear Rail
Insert an M3x12 wafer head into the idler and then place a washer on top of the idler. Two sets are needed.
Position them to the ends of the linear rail and secure with an M3x6 standoff.

Install X Linear Rail
Position the assembled linear rail to the standoffs and make it perpendicular to the Y rail using the squaring jig. Secure with M3x8 BHCS screws.

Prepare the Toolhead Base Plate
Install heatset inserts into the printed toolhead belt retainer block. Use four M2.5x3x4 heatset inserts and an M3x4x5 heatset insert.
Place the toolhead base plate onto the retainer block and secure with M2.5x6 FHCS screws.

Route the Belt
Route the belt as shown in the pictures.

Install the Toolhead Base Plate
Place the toolhead base plate onto the sliding block of X linear rail and secure with M3x6 FHCS screws.

Secure the Belt
Remove the support material off from the printed part.
To keep the belt fixed, add a washer and secure with an M3x6 FHCS screw.
Leave appropriate length of the belt and cut the rest.

Adjust Tenstion of the Belt
Fold the Z axis and you will find a screw at the bottom. Tewak it to asjust the tension of the belt.

Install the Hotend to the Toolhead Base Plate
Put the assembled hotend onto the toolhead base plate.
Secure with M2.5x6 BHCS screws from the bottom of the toolhead plate.

Bend the Wire of the Ceramic Heater
Bend the wire of the ceramic heater as shown in the picture.

Install the Fan Enclosure
Install M2.5x3x4 heatset inserts into the part fan enclosure
Position the fan enclosure on top of the toolhead plate as shown in the picture.
Make sure the enclosure doesn't pin down the wires of the ceramic heater.

Install the Fan
Remove the enclosure from the fan.
Put the fan into the fan enclosure and cover with the toolhead cover plate.
Secure the cover plate with an M2.5x20 FHCS screw (yellow arrow), M2.5x6 FHCS screws (red arrow).
Bend the wire of ceramic heater around the enclosure as shown in the picture.

Install the Toolhead PCB
Plug the ceramic heater into the indicated terminals.
Secure the toolhead PCB to the side of the toolhead with M2.5x4+5 standoffs.
Keep the wires of the fans behind the PCB.

Wire and PCB Connection
The connector labelled HEF goes to the HEF terminal.
The connector labelled PCF goes to the PCF terminal.
The wire of the thermistor goes to the indicated female connector.

Install the Teflon Tube
Insert the bowden collet into the indicated hole.
Install the teflon tube into the bowden collect.
Install the collet clip to the bowden collet as shown in the picture.
Insert the other end of the tube into the bowden coupler.

Install the Bowden Guide
Install a M2.5x3x4 heatset insert into the printed bowden guide.
Position the bowden guie to the bowden collet and secure with an M2.5x6 FHCS screw.

Install the Toolboard Cover
Cut a small opening off the printed toolboard cover as shown in the picture.
Position the toolhead cover as indicated and secure with M2.5x10 BHCS screws.

Plug the toolhead cable into the indicated ports.

Bind the Wires
The wires may affect the functionality when the toolhead is moving so we need to bind them with zip ties.

Plug the bed cable into the bed breakout PCB.
Install the silicone sock into the hotend.
Insert the M6x23 thumb screw into the hole at the bottom of Z column.

Position the bed V holder to the bed carriage block and secure with an M6x17 thumb screw.

Install the Glass Bed
Insert the glass through the slot of the printed retainer rings and connect the pins with the bed breakout PCB.
Remove the film on the glass bed.

Manage Z Axis Cable
Insert the Z cable guilder into the side slot of the extrusion.
Fasten the bed cable with zip ties.

You don't have to connect the touch panel to the printer all the time. When you need to, plug the USB cable to the ports.

Before starting to use the printer, please make sure to unfold the belt tensioner lever. Otherwise it will affect the quality of the prints.
When you need to unfold the printer, please make sure to fold the tension lever first. Otherwise, it may damage the printer.
