Positron V3.2 - Bed V Holder

This guide will contain instructions for building the bed V holder for the Positron V3.2.

Install Thumb Screws

Step 1 of 4 in this section

Insert M3x12 thumb screws into the holes of the bed V holder.

Check the orientation of the V holder so that the side with the ridges should face down.

Assemble Standoffs

Step 2 of 4 in this section

Put the standoff on top of the wafer head screw as in the picture. Two sets are needed.

Install the bed spring retainer ring and the spring onto the standoff.

Fasten the Standoffs

Step 3 of 4 in this section

Attach the assembled standoffs to the thumb screws and tighten the thumb screws.

Leave the opening of the retainer ring inward facing each other.
